  1. If I signed up for the free (light) Auto Prospecting system, am I going to receive some kind of software via snail mail, email, or how will I receive the system? How can I get started right away?

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

1. If I signed up for the free (light) Auto Prospecting system, am I going to receive some kind of software via snail mail, email, or how will I receive the system? How can I get started right away?
Answer: You will not recieve software by mail. You will simply access your members area in order to use the software as the Auto Prospecting System is an online Software System. The minute you signup and order the FREE version of the Omsys Autoprospecting system, you can log in and begin using it.

2. I'm having trouble logging in. My username & password plus the number asked for have all been put in properly on several occasions but it won't log me in.
Answer: Can I ask what browser you are using? We have identified some strange case or combination of virus software and OS and Browser that sometimes create the issue. The easiest fix for it seems to be to try using Firefox. We continue to work on the issue to make it function in IE so you can try that as well as it may be working for your rare case.

It has to do with the Captcha number, and we feel for the little pain it creates for the very small set of users, it is best to keep the captcha facility in place for the security of your data.

3. How do I access My Omsys System?
Answer: Go to your website at: http://www.houraday.com/username where username is the name that you enrolled under. Click on the Members Link. Enter your username (which should be there filled in already, if not, please fill it in) then enter your password, and then enter the number you see in the box (extra security to keep you safe).

Once you have entered the Members Back Office or Members Lounge, click on the link on the left hand menu called Omsys. This will take you to the Omsys system. There is an instruction Manual there you can use to help you get started.

4. How do I get the "no strings attached trial of the Automatic Prospecting System??"
Answer: Simply go to http://www.houraday.com/omsystrial hit join, select distributor when filling in your details.

Select the FREE Omsy package when the product selection comes up, then checkout. Once you have checked out, you simply log into your client lounge at the url www.houraday.com/yourusername by putting the username you used to join with in place for yourusername, clicking members on the left hand menu and filling in your password.

Once inside the client lounge simply click the Omsys link on the left hand menu.

5. How do i get to the free system...
Answer: To get to the free system once you have signed up and added it to your cart and checked out, you just login to the members area and click on the Omsys Link.

6. I am trying to get into the Autoprospecting system but there does not seem to be a members link on the left hand side - this is what is there "HOME, Details, Invoicing, Autoship, Cust. Order, FAQ, Omsys, Support and HELP!" but no members link.
Answer: If that is the menu you see then you are already logged in! :) To get into the Omsys Autoprospecting system just click on the Omsys Link. If when you click on that link, you get a shopping cart, it means you have not purchased the product yet, or ordered the free version. In that case click on Order and order the version of Omsys that you would like.

7. Is there a place to change my user name and or my first and last name?
Answer: Your username and first and last name are not changeable by yourself, but support can change them for you.

8. My site says I have 2 unavailable contacts. How do I view them?
Answer: Unavailable contacts happen when you have hit the constraints of the package you have purchased. For example in the Free system, you can have up to 10 contacts in the system. After that, you need to purchase a package to use the system more and make the contacts show up. They do not get deleted, as soon as you upgrade to a paid package, they will re-appear.
